U-joint knock????? Spicer P/N ?????

U-joint knock????? Spicer P/N ?????
Does this sound (no pun intended) like bad u joints?
When i'm crusing along, let off of the gas, then gently give it gas again there is a clunking noise from the rear. It seems to do it more at a slow crusing speed-25-35 MPH, then when I go faster.
IF it could be something else, please suggest what else to check.
The u joints are not too old, but they were not top of the line replacements if I recall.
Also, I've heard that Spicer makes the best replacements. Does anyone have a part number for them? I was trying to price them and the kid at Discount Auto looked at me like I was speaking Greek when I said I would need 6 total for 1 car :rolleyes:

Here are the Spicer #'s for what I use in my car -
Driveshaft: 5-213X
Half-shaft: 5-178X
