I don't think anyone makes new spindles so they are all "reconditioned"
What's actually wrong with yours?

How are the hubs?
Yes Sir; I would only replace the one bad Spindle, Yes if the ball joints need replacing, now is the time to replace them, When you change one side, it is time to do both. along with the A- arm bushings. Use a hole saw to remove the bushings from the A-arm. Hammer & chisel if you have no access to Air tools, for removal of factory rivets. Used heavy hammer with A 1 1/4 " inch, nipple & Cap to reset them in the cleaned & painted A-arms. I chain off the springs to prevent a wild spring release. Be very careful releasing the spring. If you have not done this before, do a lot of reading, or find someone that has worked on A frt. end rebuild. Use good Jack stands. Look up proper torque on all bolts. Not an easy job, but very doable at home, if you have the time. Starting Around a Thousand Labor & material to have it done some where else. Be Safe, Gene

Buy decent bearings (Timken) and seals (CR)

The right side has had a torch taken to it. There is metal missing (cut) and heated to the point of being blue.
I'll take a closer look at the hub.

I have everything apart, getting ready to put back together. I have new A arms and ball joints already.
I will take a close look at the other spindle to see if it can be reused.
You strted off by saying only replace the damaged unit. What are your concerns besides cost?
