Another Horn ?
Putting the steering wheel back on and thought I would see if the horn would work as it didn't before I took the interior apart. Followed the assembly diagram.
Tested just using the 3 point standoff and spacers and horn would work when I pushed on the sides of the ring. It felt like I was getting a very mild shock when doing this. I then took my test probe, pushed down and the light would be very dim but the horn would work. So far so good.
Put the steering wheel and telescope lock and rest of assembly together and no horn. Tested with probe and no dim light or horn. Take it apart and test like I did before and horn worked.
What am I missing during assembling?
