Have had some battery drain over two-three days sitting. I notice when I connect the battery, I hear a clunk coming from somewhere under the battery area...What might this be and could it be the drain? Thanks. Stevo81
Do you pull on the battery cable a little bit when you hook it up that could cause the cable to hit against the frame and clunk?
You can find out which circuit is draining your battery by unhooking your negative cable and hooking a test light between the negative cable and the negative post on the battery. The light should come on. Then start pulling fuses one at a time until the light goes out. That will tell you which circuit the drain is on. Then you need to check the things that are on that circuit to find out what is draining your battery down. Good luck.
