you put the wrong casting number.... the right casting number is 3970010 (I actually have that number memorized because I use them so often). It is a 4 bolt main 350 (truck motor generally). Now, with that said, I've seen early motors 68/69 in Chevelles that were 2 bolt mains with that casting number... fortunately, you don't have that one....
good foundation.
to continue the decode - the number V0303TDD, V Flint michigan casting plant - 0303 is the casting date but I think you have it wrong.... maybe it's D303? The first letter is the month A=Jan, B=Feb, etc.... so your block was probably installed in the truck on April 3, 1973. TDD - is what the vehicle it went into - truck sounds right; but the book I use and I are at least 200 feet apart... and it's cold outside.
C80119326.... is the last numbers of the VIN the motor was originally in.

The VIN derivative, doesn't seem to fit, with either possible TDD engines.
If it was based on a 72 or 80 VIN, they were 13 digits long. In that case, the "C" would indicate that vehicle assembly plant was either South Gate CA, or Lansing MI. I don't think that either of those plants, ever built trucks.
If it was from an 81 or later vehicle, it would have been a 17 digit VIN, which would fit better with the 9 digits of OP's VIN derivative. Under this scenario, the "C" would indicate 1982, and the next digit "8", would be the Shreveport LA assembly plant. This would make more sense, since Shreveport was a truck assembly plant, but there is no TDD engine suffix, for the 1982 model year.
