Default Tie Rod End Stuck

I am having trouble detaching the passenger side tie rod from the steering knuckle on the spindle. The threaded stud of the tie rod spins free with the castle nut firmly attached. Any ideas for getting this out? Grinder is my next step.

Also, Wilcox still one of the best places for rebuild kits with american parts?

Thanks in advance.

When this happens to me I just pound a pickle fork into the joint so that the ball tightens up in the rod end and that will keep the stud from spinning. Probably goes without saying that this rod end becomes waste once you do it this way so it's really only acceptable if you're replacing the end.

Its too late now but I pciked up a 12 dollar screw type ball joint seperator, from nothern tool. The pickle forks I used were not wide enough. The little gadget I bought, blew away the pcikle fork. It took me seconds to remove stuck ball joints with an impact wrench and the BJS. FWIW
