Not me, but Radio Shack sells small tubes of Heat Sink that should be used between the module and the dist. This will aid in preventing heat conduction from dist. to the module. Do not use dielectric grease (as many auto parts shops suggest) since it will not stop the conduction of heat as the Heat Sink does. Actually makes it worse. Don't know if there is a Radio Shack in Belgium though. Good luck.

Heat sink compound is meant to enhance the thermal conduction from the module into the distributor body. The module's power transistor gets hot from switching the coil primary current, and the distributor body is the only place for the heat to go. Without that heat path the transistor/module will eventually overheat and fail.
Yep make sure what ever grease you use is not clear. Many came with the wrong grease.
Most common, like jimvette999, is talking about is white. You can also get some from frys, bestbuy, and microcenter. It will be in the PC section. Just ask for heatsink grease and buy the cheapest one. The more costly will not help much in this type of setting. And it does not take much, just a small couple drops.

Is the module a sealed unit, or is it a naked looking printed circuit board item?
Naked as far as I can see.
Reason I'm asking is I have an engine that idles quite well when cold, when warming up and keep running after warmed up. However when restarted after ca. 15 minutes, idle quality takes a dump.
