composite spring
i was just given a VBP composite spring and can't make out which pound rating it is any ideas how to identify. also it appears to be just the spring, don't they have like a block on the top? and i thought there was some hardware to mount it. your input will be appreciated

Is the tag still on the spring?
On mine there are several lb ratings on the tag, and the right rating for that spring looks to be hole punched.

I just went through this with one on my car and still don't know what spring I have. Vbp told me they wrote the rating on in white when making them, but mine must have washed off and I don't have all of the tag to look at. My spring is way too stiff for comfort, so I will end up ditching it for a stock rated spring in the future. If you have a higher rated spring like i think i do, stock shocks will not control it very well fyi. Good luck!

wow i am impressed! got a message from Gary from VBP this morning, telling me how to identify it. appears it is a 330 lb it is punched between the 300 and 360. that is customer service! thanks Gary when i get ready to install it i will order the kit.
