Default 74 Seat belts

Hello all and Happy Saturday!

Was wondering if anybody is selling any seat belts in saddle for a 1974 - or if anybody had any luck getting theres reconditioned. Mine are in great shape except for the retractor that is located under the seat - they're locked in place and I've tried everything to get them working... anybody have any advice on where to pick some up? All the reproduction places seem to want a small fortune for them...

Put in a thread under the C3 Parts for Sale or Wanted and see if you get any hits.

Not sure about rebuild vendors but new ones are very expensive. Do a search and you will come up with some hits. Good luck.

Me too. Quality product for a fair price. Have in mind, that if you buy this set, you'll have to do slight mod for the bolt holes, as they are a bit too small for original bolts.

I didn't have to do that to my set, it bolted right in. The one thing I'll point out is the set I received was saddle in color, I ordered brown. I was told they didn't make this seat belt in brown (I guess from the original manufacture). The price went up with the brown belts and I didn't get the benefit of the $200 that was originally posted/offered. I was disappointed, but the fit and finish are nice.

I had mine re-webbed last year by Seat Belt Solutions in Jupiter, Florida. 1980 with doe skin interior. They used the original mechanical parts, as they were in good shape. Pretty sure they can match any color but you may want to see a sample first. Cost was $250 for both sides.
