76 stereo installation
Thank you for your responses to my previous question about stereos, heres what I'm putting in: I'm leaving the original radio in the dash. A custom enclosure is being made for the area behind the storage boxes, this will be covered in leather to match my interior. In the front of the box an Alpine CDA-7894 will be installed and a remote eye run up to the dash so I can control it from the remote and point it at the dash instead of behind me. also in the rear a pair of Boston Acustics Rc-620 seperates will be mounted with a similar color fabric grill cloth over them. Up in the dash a pair of Kenwood 4X6 2 ways will be installed. The head unit is 4X60 watts. I'm gonna start there and see if I need an amp or a sub. If they are needed to round out the sound the enclosure is being built with those additions in mind. I'll let ya know how it goes. Thanks again.
