Default 75 stingray possible rear end problems?

When I drive my car, it sounds as if I am dragging something with an occasional "clunk, clunk, clunk" I checked the U joint and that is fine. And I just had the exhaust done because it was not secured right and used to make a similar noise. I thought it would stop after that but it hasnt. Anyone have any idea on what it could be?

the dragging noise could be a bad brake pad, eith worn or I've seen the pads come "unglued" . I'm not sure about the rear my self.

More than likely posi clutches. Especially if it does it more when hot. Change the fluid/ additive, and check for the common yoke wear that is prominent in `75-76.

Clunk and drag could be separate problems. Add some posi fluid to the differential for the clunk, then check your rear wheel bearings.
