Video: Detonation?

Video: Detonation?
I was running ported vacuum during this run and while I was viewing the video, I heard a rattle sound about 1:12 mark and trying to determine if it's detonation or camera rattle or something else.
35 degrees total and don't think vacuum advance is there since I was pushing the throttle and not cruising.

if you listen there are some rattles from other time stamps that are clearly the camera. The part you asked about is a definite noise but it doesn't sound like detonation. still hard to say with out being there.
if you would like you can ship me the car and I will test drive it for you and submit a written report that includes recommended course of action.

Agreed, it's tough to tell from a video, over the tinny PC speakers, but if someone put a gun to my head and said "detonation or not?" I'd say not detonation. Detonation usually has a more "pingy" sound, or a sound like hitting metal with a hammer. That noise sounds more like some piece of the car rattling. Back off the timing a few degrees and see if it goes away.

Didn't hear detonation. But for a moment after the 1.12 mark I heard exactly the same sound (rattle) my clutch pedal makes at certain RPM.
Sometimes also the rear compartment shelf makes similar rattle. But most of the time its the pedal, I can prevent it by touching the pedal with my left foot but maybe I should investigate further and fix it somehow...

Thanks for the replies guys. I was just little concerned because I read that detonation can be heard sometimes. Especially with headers and pipes, just needed few more ears besides mine for an opinion.

Really you would have heard it well before then if it was detonation going on in there. There's more than a couple of times you would have heard it on that drive. Not just that one time. IF, it was doing it. When it happens you'll KNOW IT. You will Say something like, WTF WAS THAT
