Default Bulb Replacement Question

Looking for advice on changing bulbs which illuminate odometer and tach. What all has to be removed to get to those?

Here's what I can remember....first you have to remove the bottom steering column cover then the u-clamp that holds the steering column up. Oh yea, I forgot...I have a 78 with air so I had to remove a piece of the a/c duct to unhook the speedometer cable and the tach plug. Ok, now lower the steering column as far as you can, this should allow you to pull the speedometer and tach out once you have removed the screws that hold the lense and the allen screws that hold the gauges. The light bulbs will be in the back of those gauges. I had to do this to replace the printed circuit board for my tach. I was scared to death of the job, but it turned out to be very easy and even some fun. Good luck

Thanks for the advice. I got everthing apart and back together with only one minor problem (dropped a bulb and like to never found it). haven't found my problem yet, but at least I know how to get it apart now...
