80 center caps question

80 center caps question
have you guys bought these from ecklers and found the they do not fit??? i bought two and they are very loose. one good slight pull an they are off. is this common??

The plastic caps do have a habit of finding their way into ditches, unfortunately. Even with a little bit of silicone applied. For that reason I went with these aftermarket metal caps that are held onto the wheel by three Allen set screws. I realize that they are not "correct" (the finish is chrome rather than matt black) but I do think they look very nice.
