Default Dewinterizing tips for a newbie?

Don't know if anyone remembers me - I was the newbie who rebuilt my (automatic) transmission last fall. That went great, turned out to be easy, tons of pics which I'll post someday.

I haven't started the car since then, though. Looking around, I see that I should have done some things I didn't know to do for the winter (drain gas, drain oil, put on stands, etc.). What should I do now before starting it for the first time in months? Is there any place with tips or, better, a set of instructions on dewinterizing a car?

Thanks!

If you didn't winterize it, you should be able to get by with an oil change, fluid check, tire pressure check and drive it. Hopefully the gas is good enough to burn out of it without to many problems, at worst might have to siphon it out and add fresh depending on age.
When I store something for a season(mower, snowmobile, vette) usually use a "fogger" which is oil based. You start it up, it smokes like it's on fire. When it's done smokin' change the plugs and your done.

Couldn't find anything on "foggers" (except for dance club fog machines, which are NOT going in my car 0-). Any brand name suggestions? URLs?

Also, do you put the fogger in before the winter, to help preserve the car, or after the winter, to help get it ready to go?

Use the fogger prior to storage, I get it from local parts supplier. I don't have a can around right now for brand name. It's common item in marine and small engine shops.
This isn't the stuff I use but same idea http://www.falconsafety.com/nautica/n2fg.html
2 cycle motors like in snowmobiles are notorious for not standing up well with out using something for storage.
