Okay, I recently replaced all the hoses, both actuators and both relays.
Headlights worked great, for 2 weeks. Now right one pops right up, left on opens halfway and starts fluttering for several seconds, then eventually opens.
Of course this only happens when I'm out on the street, when I get home to take a look it usually pops right up.
I suspect I bought a bad part, either the relay or actuator. Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Reason: left something out
Reproduction relays are known to have issues holding vacuum right out of the box. Was this new relay tested before installation? That would be my first reaction.
I did not test it before installation. Its actually been a few months since the problem started, but I think I swapped all the lines on the 2 relays and the right one do not have issues. But like I said it usually works fine in the garage.
I guess I was hoping someone would read this and know exactly what's wrong.
search the forum for "vacuum to electric NEW WAY", Probe motors, simple brackets & wiring set up. Then you won't have to worry about actuators, relays, hoses etc.
Wilcox has posted videos on troubleshooting.... sounds like one of the rubber boot diaphragms is leaking... I bought a set for like 6 bucks and replaced them instead of the whole canister. I had the very slow lazy lights .
I know exactly whats wrong, had the same thing. CHINEESE PARTS! I am on my 3rd set of actuators and 2nd set of relays in a year. Very frustrating. Willcox has been great, not their fault although it is taking 3 weeks to get the latest set back, they are way behind. What other options do we have???

Did you keep your original GM relays? If so, send them to me, I'll take care of the problem. If you have them, PM me, and I'll take it from there.
