Long tube header question
How long is too long? Most headers I have seen are in the 33-36" range, yet the hooker side pipes are closer to 50" What are the advantages to 50" headers?

I think that the Hooker sidepipe header length has more to do with style than performance. You are correct about header length being optimized at 32 to 36 inches of primary tube.
