Edit - I saw your picture, and realize you do mean a convertible hardtop. Sorry, some people incorrectly call 'coupes', 'hardtops'.
If you look at the below picture, you should have the same trim. Gently pry that off, and then you should be able to cut the adhesive, and remove the window.

Careful here. You ask how to remove it and how to reinstall it. My advice would be to purchase the assembly instruction manual for your model year and take a look at how the back glass was installed in the top at St. Louis.
The diagrams show the stainless trim, the glass, the the interior trim, etc. Work carefully. Your original glass is date coded and you do not want to bend any of the stainless.

Thanks all.
I would like to glue vinyl on my top.
When I look at the assembly manual 1969, then I think it is hard to see what to do.
I think they took out the rear window, but it doesn't tell. I assume that the rear window must come out. But is looks like a lot of work getting it out, but also in again.
Have anyone done this?

The trim simply pries up, there is a tool that is used to do it. My advice to you, would be to take the hardtop to a glass/windshield repair shop. Have them remove the trim, and the window, and reinstall them when you have the vinyl on. They may even be willing to hold onto the window while you are working on the hardtop.
I removed the window myself, by took it to a shop to have the window and trim installed. I think they charged me about $50.

You don't need to remove the glass just the trim to install the vinyl I did my top last year. The hard part is getting the SS trim off without bending it, there are clips that hold it in one of the curved pieces took me hours to get it off good luck.
