I have it and tested it tonight. If I make like I turn on the dome light just momentarily, it does not delay( light goes off imediatly), but if I leave the light on for 5 seconds or longer, then it will delay for 4 or 5 seconds and then turn off. Anybody know if that is correct?

You can also just remove the timer and put the white wires together and the dome/courtesy lights work without delay.
