'80 door sill sticker help

'80 door sill sticker help
When my '80 was repainted, they removed the VEHICLE CAPACITY sticker on the passenger side door. I've got a replacement sticker, but I need to type in the data. Can someone with a similar car check their VEHICLE CAPACITY sticker and let me know what numbers go in the data fields? Specific info on my car:
1980 L-48 4-spd
Base suspension
255/60R15 tires with Aluminium wheels
The exact data I need to fill in is:
MAX LOAD:(occupants frt ctr rr total)
COLD TIRE PRESSURE: (front rear)
OPTIONAL PRESSURES:
RECOMMENDED FOR FUEL ECONOMY:
TIRE SIZE:

Here is the one from my car.
I just checked the actual weight of my car and it was exactly 755 kg both front and rear. (1/2 tank).
I was sure it was a lot heavier in the front than the rear.

You can find this sticker at CORVETTE CENTRAL, part number 263042 (78-82). They also have the same stickers for 73-77 (different part numbers).
