Default What else do I need????

Just talked to the mechanic and he is going to take my car in in july to fix er up. I have a list of things to do here, and i need you guys to see if i'm missing anything. Thanks  :seeya

1)install cam, lifters, springs, timing chain, etc (comp cams xe 262 K kit)
2)install intake manifold (weiand dual plane action plus)
3)change hot air choke to electric choke
4) all 4 calipers are leaking
5)power steering leaking badly
6)trans cooler hoses leaking
7)left rear brake cable siezed
8)replace both motor mounts
9)front crank seal
10)tranny leaks
11)oil pan gasket
12)shifter seal
13)speedo seal
14)clean out rad and resivior
15)new rad hoses
16)new belts
17)check tranny (not shifting properly)
18)port and polish heads

And i'm also installing headers, and true dual exhaust with flowmasters when the headers arrive. Do you think i should replace anything else while the car is at the mechanics? I feel like i'm leaving a bunch of stuff out. What do you think my horsepower/torque is going to be at with all these mods? Any estimate on quater mile times?

Have him itemize it hourly for each item. Then if he tries to charge you for hourly labor for things like the belts don't pay it. Those have to come off anyways for the other things you are having done so there should be no charge for putting them back on.

Moneys no problem... I've got it, and i know the mechanic. He's giving me a huge deal on everything. Any guesses on Hp/torque/quarter mile?

You left out a few things like gears ect. While you have the motor pulled consider detailing the engine compartment. Your radiator will need cleaning possibly recore. If so consider upgrading, less temps mean more performance and better AC. Also f/r sway bars, braided steel brake lines, poly bushings, steering box are a few of the things that will need to be replaced or upgraded. You weill save big $ by doing things at one time rather than a piece at a time. W/your heads "stock"? and mild cam don't over carb. I am guessing 325 hp, 370 tq, 14.5 in 1/4. Just my guess. Let me know how things work out.

If i swap out the gears, What ratio do you think i should get? 3.55, 3.73? And do i need a new carrier for the new gears?
