First I'd like to say thanks for the help given on my steering column.
I'm having a hard time getting the rotors off. I read in the tech tips I need to drill out rivets to remove rotors. Is this true, I'm use to just pulling off the rotor.

Yes, the rivets have to be removed in order to remove the original rotors.
As mentioned it is not the best thing to do because the rotors and hubs would have been trued/balanced as complete units from the factory so if you replace the rotors the balancing might be out causing you to require rotor balancing to be done on the car.
With that being said I did replace my rotors without any problems. Use cobalt drill bits to drill the rivets out.
Runout on the C2/C3 brakes is very critical.
Don't remove the rotors without a very good reason.
(The rotors on my 172,000 mile car have never been cut).
Yes to the cobalt drill bits, and keep them cool w/lube (wd40 or similar). I hope it`s not THAT tough to shim the run-out out of them I made a tool to use with transfer punch to get the drill centered.
