its on the control valve and there's a bunch of tech on it
steering pull might be related to the caster adj not right. the p/s adj control valve. if the adj isn't correct the valve will be directing pressure flow to one side of the cyl causing the steering to turn to one side. you should be able to see this happen with car on stands engine running. caster adj. to eliminate the pull is easy just trial and error and will not effect the toe setting. lets say your car pulls left, you need to increase the caster rh. loosen the rh upper control arm remove a shim from the front and install in rear, test drive, oops more pull left that's what I mean trial and error. take two shims from rear to front. ah that's better. Actually can't remember which way to move the shims. adding or subtracting shims on both changes camber, don't do that. I'll walk you through it if you decide you want to try that.
steering adjust is done with the tires off and the power assist cylinder disconnected, tires wont affect it. if your tires or alignment are bad, it wont make much difference. there's a preliminary test when you get the tires off and cylinder disconnected that will let you know if it needs adjusting or not. if it doesnt need adjusting ...dont
There's a lot more that can cause a car to pull ... alignment, brakes dragging on one side, low air pressure in a tire. Make sure you fix the right thing. If the steering adjustment is the problem you can jack up both front tires and start the engine and the steering wheel will turn by itself in the direction of the pull.
