Default Strange box. Anyone?

Does anybody know what this silver box is for, it sits on the side of the booster support. Tried to follow the wires and all, but no clue.

Maybe Bubba install?.

Cheers

It does look like an aftermarket alarm trigger. Perhaps to go off when the hood is raised?

Either that or a shock sensor for an aftermarket alarm.

Looks like an alarm motion sensor-trips if you try to tow the vehicle.

If you can tell me where the trunk is on my '80 'vette, I'd appreciate it a whole lot!

That there doo-hickey is the air speed sensor for the unilateral phase detractor. It senses air speed my measuring the amount of pressure on the hood. You need the unilateral phase detractor to be functional, because it reduces soinusoidal repleneration on the spurving bearings, and regulates inverse reactive current to the transmogrifier.

Nope, did not realize that, so, just in case.....

Samuk, my other post is just a joke. It talks about a bunch of things that do not really exist. Ignore it. I apologize if it caused you any confusion.
