Rotors not cooperating.

Rotors not cooperating.
Rebuilding entire parking brake. Marked alignment stud, drilled rivets, soaked bolts and studs with Blaster several times over past few days. The sucka won't budge. Anyone care to share the secret? In too far to turn back now.

Park Brake is OFF correct ?
If it has ever been driven with the P brake ON then it may have eaten into the rotor to a point that it will not come off. You will need a BFH (Big freakin hammer) to get it off.

Your going to cringe............brute force and a 20lb sledge.
You need to get behind the rotor, WHACK it, turn 180, WHACK, turn, WHACK...it will come off. Eventually. Others may use gear pullers and magic pixie dust, but I never have enough pixie dust.

ARE YOU SURE THE RIVETS ARE ALL THE WAY OUT?? I found out on mine that the rivets are quite a bit bigger than you give them credit for, from the pictures it doesn't look like the are out, just drilled.
