Hey All .. Problem is fixed!!!
It was the ignition switch...my good friend "trophyblu66" came over and helped me trace the issue. We then took the ignition switch out and cleaned it .. ( it is quite an assembly .. lots of springs and gidgets)
and reinstalled it. Engine will now start.
