Default Power window relay okay?

I'm in the middle of doing a conversion to PS, PB, and PW on a 70 Vert. Thanks for the help with the PB problem. The booster mounts to the lower hole in the pedal and the bracket in the upper. I have everything mounted , ran power to the motors to test them, tested the switches, and wired everything up. The red wire is hot all the time, and the orange wire goes to accessories or ignition. The power going into the relay is correct, but no power exits the relay to the switches. I have another relay and it does the same thing. The relays are used, but supposed to be okay. Is there something wrong with both relays or am I doing something wrong? How does the relay work....when both incoming wires are hot, it opens?
Thanks in advance.

I retrofitted PW too on my -72. Seems that you ar doing it right. Is the relay grounded properly? I mounted my relay to a metal tab on the passenger side of the center tunnel under the console front extension because that was conveniently accessible place. Problem was that the tab went straight to the fiberglass floor and wasn't grounded. I run a separate ground wire for it and it works ok. If you have ground and 12V you should hear a silent click or ding when you turn the ignition key between off and on.

Thanks!...it may not be grounded right...I'll have to check it out. No clicking sound in the relay when the key is turned to on position.
