Corvette Central Timely Shippments?

Corvette Central Timely Shippments?
Last week I ordered some minor parts for the Vette from Corvette Central. First they were on backorder. Then the were quoted as shipping on Monday of this week via 1st Class mail. I live 150 miles from the place. It is now Friday (5 days after quoted shipping) and no mail package. Called them again and they say oh it shipped. I could walk the parts to me in 5 days.
Anyone else experience delays from this vendor?

10 days to get a friggin' washer fluid pump that came off the rack at the local auto parts store, not even a GM part :mad the part was shipped to my parents house in Michigan, I no longer buy from Corvette Central.

I have not had problems with them, but it is now a month and a half since I ordered a simple Manual antenna kit from Mid America. I have called twice and twice I have been given a different date in the future when they may receive the backordered part and then ship it to me. So with any luck I will get this antenna 2 MONTHS after I ordered it. Needless to say, I will never deal with them again!!!! :mad

Order from Ecklers, you would have it by now and wondering what to order next.

I ORDERED A LOCK **** FROM VOLENTEER FOR $14.00 AND DIDN'T EVEN GET THE LITTLE CLIP THAT HOLDS IT ON HAD TO GO TO THE PARTS STORE AND BOUGHT ENOUPH TO LAST A LIFE TIME FOR $1.69 :mad
