After some more google searches I found the answer. This rubber washer seals around this rod and holds the vacuum in. Mine was so worn it didn't look like a seal. From what I could find out it is not reproduced.
New boosters are not that expensive. Unless you have a 100% original car and are trying to keep it that way, just buy a new booster and be done with it.
If the seal is all you need, there is a guy, Booster Dewy, on the west coast that will sell the front seal. Google him, I sent him cash in a sase and got a seal back in the mail in a week or so.
