After searching through the forum on vibration, I'm slightly educated..
so I thught I'd throw this theory on my problem out here and get some advise.
My 77 has a fairly serious vibration at speeds above 40 mph.
If I'm within ' the vibrating speed range (say 65 mph) and I put it in neutral it stops immediately. If I rev the engine in neutral or at a stop there's not excessive vibration.
So, should I start looking at u joints?
ie: is a vibration that goes away in "N" a driveline / U joint issue?
Thanks to you all for helping me keep this thing running all these years.

Also, From waht I've read a bad engine tune could cause this.. Is that a possibility?
