PITA front bumper
It took me 4 hours to get that dumb thing off... all those little screws that were just about impossible to get at even after taking a bunch of brackets off. And guess what else, 3 of the bolts snapped off when i was taking it off :mad Is there any way to put new bolts in trough that mtal bracket on the back of the bumper? And how hard is it to sand that flimsy urethane?

When I took mine off I broke more than half of the bolts right off... they were completely rusted. I'll probably use stainless bolts to put it back on. And yes, urethane is not really fun to sand, especially when being repaired with epoxy. Have fun though!

Which do you mean? The brackets with studs that the bumper attaches to? If so then I don't think there is an easy way to replace them with bolts, but I suppose if you drill the stud out then you might be able to slide a bolt through. Other than that I think Ecklers sells a bumper mounting kit...check to see if it includes brackets.
