1969 l46 Smog pump?

1969 l46 Smog pump?
I"m looking @ a 1969 L46 corvette, seller says it never had smog pump, He also says it has m21 with 3.36 rear. My understanding is all L46 had smog pumps, m21 only came with 3.70 or 4.11. Can someone help, Thank you

'69 L46 definitely sold stock with smog pump. The L46 I had had the fuel line to carb that went up and over the smog pump (also long gone... along with the exhaust manifolds with A.I.R. tubes). Unless kept original, most L46 have lost this equipment along the way.

The 69 L-46 did come with an A.I.R. pump, the 70 L-46 did not. The 69 L-46 could be optioned with the M-20 with 3.36 gears.

Check the exhaust manifolds. If they are original, you should see four holes on each of them towards the bottom of their arcs. Probably have bolts in them to keep the exhaust from escaping. Thats where the A.I.R. tubes went in. Thats how mine was when I bought her. Replaced everything through various venders if you want to put it back.
