Default Carbed LS?

Did a quick search on this but did not find much. Has anyone used a carbureted LS with a stock hood? Thanks.

Under which stock hood? I see you have listed a 1970 Mustang. Is that where you want to throw the LS?

We will need to know what year, big or small block at least. I am sure someone will know the answer.

I know I would probably have to use a low profile intake with a drop base cleaner.

I wouldn't get my hopes up if I were you

Pretty sure even an L88 hood won't work. One thing that adds to the height is the adapter plates. If someone could design an integrated motor mount it might be possible

Thanks Richard. 'holley505's looks like an L88 hood that's had the center section raised.

The LS motors were designed with a long intake runner so the carb'ed intakes are tall so they dont kill the motor down low.
The hood in my avatar should work with that set up-its made by Glasstek.
