It's been awhile, so I just went out to refresh my memory. I had to jack the front of the car to get under it and to take the weight off of the coil spring. The adjustment **** should be facing outwards toward the tire and it's recessed slightly into the pocket of the lower A arm but you can see it once the suspension is unloaded. My fingers aren't particularly long but I was able to turn it with my thumb and middle finger. I hope this helps.
