I bent this bad... how to fix?
bent the front piece that has the hook and mounts to a plate of steel connected to the two tubular support beams on the front end.
Taking apart front end to fix it but not sure the best method of re-bending and reinforcing the piece back into place. My only thought is a rosebud but tight area to be doing that in.
Hard to explain... That piece is bent up into the front lower bumper on the car. It is now the lowest part of the car and would hit any speed bump that it went over. I not only bent that hook but that entire steel plate it is attached to.
Trying to figure out how to fix it without messing anything up

Dang dude.............that cars low. Thats the tow hook spot for the course worker in turn 4 at laguna seca to secure the truck to.....
May as well leave it folded up. Or hammer it flat if your going to drive it on the street around here. Other wise, heat it up and pull it out with a bar or that breakfast sandwich I had yesterday. It's still hard as a rock...................

Yea, have the mig welder and all that... work on fixing it this weekend.
Now to finish taking apart the front end...
