That may be in order as I consumed over 2 quarts of oil in 150 miles. Spark plug on # 2 cylinder looks real ugly. Do we hope is a valve stem seal, intake gasket or accept the more real possibility that I have lost a piston ring.
Where did you get that tranny put in at? I am still leaning heavy towards a t-5 but an auto sure sounds nice. Did you get the tranny from the installer or did you buy it on your own?
I had a tranmission built and installed in the car. I then worked through most of the details. I just had to have the trans redone and had a performace build done, the first one was a little on the slushy side and it didn't last very long. Thanks I'll get in touch if I decide to go the auto route. My plan is rebuilding my 383 this winter and then have the tranny conversion done in early spring, just in time for me to trouble shoot it all summer. :jester
