Default 1979 Power Steering Leak

When inspecting underneath the car I noticed a ton of built up grime on the power steering valve. I cleaned it all off, and I was thinking it must be the lines (cause they hang pretty darn low and I was assuming the previous owner/s probably smacked something) But the lines don't appear to be leaking. I noticed a tiny drip coming from a hole on the bottom of the valve, it looks like it's supposed to have some fitting. All the valves I found online have a zerk grease fitting where that hole is. My question is, would power steering fluid be leaking from that grease fitting? I mean, I'm going to get the correct fitting for that, but would that potentially solve my PS fluid leak issue, or is that missing fitting another separate problem...

If PS fluid is leaking from that hole, it is likely that the seals inside the other end of the valve are leaking. Although they fit a grease nipple at that point you need to be very careful putting extra grease in there because you could force it into the other end where the PS fluid circulates.
