Easy fix for front bumper brackets
i was trying to figure out how to keep my stock bumper retainers but was at wits end to make something work so i could put nuts back on and reattach the front bumper.. so what i ended up doing was buying SS bolts then took the brackets and bolts to a machine shop close by and had them spot weld the bolts on.. only costed 15 dollars.. :smash: ciao :seeya

Glad to hear things are looking better. ;) You should be commended for reusing your old retainers. Another thing I hadn't mentioned, I used stainless steel lockwashers, star type along with stainless steel nuts.

Hahah... old brackets...yyaaa.. lets see how they work out first.. i'm sure they will fall apart after everything is put back on. :lol:
Sully56 - The price quote for just priming and repainting the bumper was 75 - 200 depending on how much there is to fix (scratches etc) :seeya
