Default Transmission Controled Spark System

I'm in the process of putting 70 coupe wiring harness back in car after cleaning up the engine bay. I broke a terminal off a relay on the firewall that have learned is part of the TCS sytem. My question to all here is how do I get rid of this entire system? The vaccum solenoid that attached to the carb is long gone.

Is it ok to just hook up the wires to the temp sensor, trans switch and relay and call it a day?

What do the wires look like that go to the carb solenoid? I believe that bubba cut these out of my harness a long time ago...

On most cars the TSC doesn't work for one reason or another and you would never notice it. If you're a NCRS kind of guy then yes, put it back to stock. Other than that, put a cap on the vac line and forget it.

I'm assuming just running the vac line from the carb to the dist vac advance is the way to bypass the entire system. Trying to figure out what the wire connector and color of the wires that went to the vac solenoid on the carb....

The electrical part of the TCS system can be either connected or disconnected and forgotten about. It will not affect how your car operates.

The TCS solenoid attaches to a stud on the intake manifold and is a seperate item from the carb. It is not part of the carb.

All you need to do is run a vacuum line from the carb to the distributor and you are done.
