Any idea where the guy with the 65 rag top got his roll bar? I would like to get one if possible. Can any of you Toronto guy's help me out?

Corey, that guy was one of the two non-Forum guys at dyno day. Doug (68shark) knows him, though, so he might be able to pass along your inquiry and find out where that roll bar came from.

When I first walked up to that car, which he drives around with no hood, I commented on the fact that there was no air cleaner. The owner told me that it blew off on the highway!!
The owner (Stan) is a guy I met through a previous Corvette club about 3 yrs ago. We're both members of a newer club now. Anyway, I'll get in touch with him about the rollbar. Not sure if he had it put on or the car was that way when he got it, but I'll check and post.

4. My L-48 did amazing in my mind. It broke 100 RWHP :-) And it didn't Blow up.(That was a big sigh of relief you just heard :-))

See the dyno sheet in my sig.
Not bad for a 24 old motor, with plugs that are of an unknown age and a car that had been legal for 3 days. :-)

I have video of everybodies runs that I will be finishing up the capture of tonight. I will post big and small versions tomorow (Or tonight if I am still up).

It was a wild day. I loved seeing (, hearing, spelling, just plain loving) all the cars.

It was nice to actually attend a gathering. I plan to be attending as many as I can in the future.

Awsome day all in all. Thanks Doug (Doah, I am the worst with names. Sorry Doug) for setting it up. You did a wicked job. See ya all later. (With a bit more RWHP hopefully, and maybe a working choke :-))

chris.

Wise guy. What you mean, of course, is that you're dying for everyone else who wasn't there to see and hear your car on the dyno!! :D

Having seen and heard the '69 dyno in real life, it isn't going to get any better on tape ... but it'll be fun for those who couldn't be there. Was a helluva show.

Chris, as previously mentioned, my sad aborted dyno is to be deleted!!

Impressive performance of your 1969 C-3, awesom torque.
Sorry I could not stay to see the others on the Dyno.
I have your pics on CD that I could bring to the next meet
In mean time I will ask Mark to post them on his website.

Corey, I spoke with Stan last night. The car was originally raced in the US before Stan acquired it and it already had the roll bar attached. It's a race only item that is welded into the frame. There is no name of mfr on it but presumes any race shop would sell it. Sorry I don't have more info.

Ya I know. With the fun I had last night with the (Now calling my car this) Car with a Heat Fetish, I didn't get home till like 1:00. So I am hoping that I will have the video all captured tonight...

Sorry this is taking so long.
