side door moldings/ sidepipes.
OK, I have done it :cool: :cool: Sidepipes are installed, now I am about to hang the fiberglass covers over the pipes. Question: Do I mount the covers right under the door and have part of the sidepipes showing below the covers? Do I drop the covers down an inch(approx.) and have them cover just sidepipes, then I have a space above the covers and the bottom of the door. Anyone who has done this , if you have some close up pictures so I could view them and help me in placing my covers on correctly so I can't bubbasize it, it would be helpful. When I mounted mine I used the rocker panel as a guide as to where to drill the holes in the fiberglass covers. By doing it that way the line up to the bottom of the doors correctly but you do see a little of the muffler sticking out from the bottom of the covers.
Maybe others have different thoughts.

Thanks , Pete, I was thinking of this but again it seemed too simple. I am assuming you also have to drill and place a screw up towards the tire area where there wasn't one before. My thinking was to give extra support to the front of the cover. Seem reasonable?
