Default Ok what pushrods do i need?

I am going with the edelbrock proformer rpm kit. Heads, cam, lifters, timing chain and gears. it says to use hardened 5/16 push rods. And may need to use ones that are .100 longer. How do i measure to see if i will need to use the longer ones or can i just use them anyway? I have proform roller rockers and hydrolic lifters. :smash:

You can purchase an adjustable pushrod to check for correct geometry to get the right length, try summit, jegs.....

The instructions for my RPM heads called for .100 longer than stock pushrods so I just put in .100 longer than stock ones. Haven't had any problems with them. They're available in many brands Jegs, Summit, and others carry them.
