Default Steering column wiring

Went to attach the connection to the steering column and the blue/white wire popped out. Anyone tell me where it goes? There are several spots it could be plugged into. I really hate to get the dang thing back together and find out something doesn't work. Thanks in advance and hope everyone has a wonnerful week, Bill

On my 72 the purple w/white stripe wire (looking now at your photo) goes into the very top right post/hole on the white/clear plug next to the plug security clip.

Your "blue/white" wire may differ depending upon what year you're working on.

Now that I look at it closer, purple is good! I'm going with the white top right. Thanks for the reply, Bill
