nothing major, but it vibrates constantly between a couple of km's on it's reading. it's still accurate. is it just a matter of greasing the speedo cable?
Hey, how's it goin' sizzlechest??? :D (Gotta love the Jerky Boys!!)
I'm glad you asked this question, because my speedometer has started to do this as well. Very badly at times. Sometimes it jumps back and forth wildly by more than 5 MPH. It usually does this at low speeds, but it's beginning to upset me. It's hard to know what speed you're going when you have the "cities finest" on your tail.
I just had a new transducer installed...I had lost the speedo entirely. Now it jumps around up to about 25 mph. After that it is cool. I wonder if the transducer I got is substandard, or if the cable has problems. I'm kind of ignoring it for now since I have a 160MPH speedo to put in, and aanother cable also. But, I'm in the same boat as you guys. Would like to know more.
