Alternator Problems per the gauge= HELP
I recently completed a tuneup on my car. After the tuneup, the gauge in the car does not register any charging capabilities to the battery it doesn't move at all. Should I check the battery to see if it is charging??
What could be the problem? The gauge?

Look on the alternator. There should be a two wire plug in the top of it. Maybe someone forgot to plug it back in.

Thanks for the advice. Plug in the 2 wire clip and everything worked fine, somehow it had come loss. Is there a book I should obtain to denote the entire electrical system for my 454?. I have a lot of small things, i.e. car alarm, door ajar, vent controls etc, not working and I need to start cheching them out.

Well, most of the Corvette parts vendors sell assembly manuals and factory service manuals. Both of these should have the factory wiring diagram, plus lots of other helpful info about your car. I consider them must have material. Lectric Limited also sells a laminated blown up wiring diagram for every year of Corvette.
