1971 headlight capsule adjuster
I'm looking to replace a few of my headlight capsule adjusters on my 71 coupe....the suppliers all offer a cream colored adjuster screw recepticle that is shaped a little different and mine are black. Does anyone have a lead on the correct part?

The correct adjusters for your 71, are the black ones pictured below. These were used in all 68-82 Corvettes. The white nylon ones with the hook, or loop on them, were used on 67 and earlier cars. The white ones will work, but technically they're not correct.

So back to grumman's question...does anyone sell the black ones? I couldn't find any black ones and ended up buying some white ones to repair a few torn black ones. I'm not worried about NCRS, but probably would've bought the black ones if I knew where to get them because I prefer keeping things stock if possible. Thanks.
