Differential Cracked
Changed engine oil today and took her out for a brisk little drive.
This was the year I installed the Airconditioiner.
I was loving life.
My neighbor walked up and said "Did you know your leaking oil out the back?"
So I got down on all fours and sure enough there is a 10 inch puddle and s slow drip.
Remover the little splash guard. Using a flash light I looked high and low.
All of a sudden there it was. "The Crack From HELL?
It started at the drain plug and extends towards the rear. All 2 inches of it. It looks pretty wide.
So can it be welded? Is it a job for JB weld? What am I faced with here?
How about drilling a hole at the end of the crack to stop it and then fixing the crack?
What can be done?
