It runs, it RUNS!
I finally have the Vette back together with the new cylinder heads. If you recall I had a cracked head (no not me, the car). Some minor tuning problems with the carb kept me from driving it this weekend but I sorted it out Sunday afternoon. Ooohh boy, it rips! Now it accelerates like a Corvette should. I'll get some pictures and dyno numbers as soon as I can.

I am running World Products Sportman II's that I ported and polished. They are pretty good but I think I like the Dart Iron Eagle's better. The Darts seem to have closer tolerances on their castings. I happened to have the Sportmans, so I used them.
