First, make sure that is the problem. Jack up the front and support it on jack stands. Then start the engine. If the wheel turns to the right by itself then you have found the problem and you need to adjust it.
Here's a video that shows how to adjust it. Since you are not replacing the valve you can adjust it with it connected and watching the wheels for movement. The video shows how to adjust it before connecting the rod. The adjustment procedure starts at 6:23 of the video.
