Differential bearing caps
Hello!
I rebuilt the rear end of my 69 and while I reassembled it I noticed that the bearing caps have no "safety-nose". I´m sorry, I don´t know the correct word, but in the pic you can see what I mean.
Can I use the bearing caps without this nose or should they look like at the pic?
In the circles you can see the "nose" that I´m missing.
